Since 1802 the Gonet family have been growing grapes and making wine in the Côtes des Blancs village of Avize. They produce only two vintage Blanc de Blancs wines which are both outstanding. 3 Terroirs is an Extra Brut cuvée which spends six years ageing on its lees. It has a combination of weight, texture and style that makes it truly amazing value, a wine that easily rivals many far more expensive Grand Marques.
