Delivery
We offer free delivery to most UK postcodes on orders over £150 or 12+ bottles.
Delivery to most UK postcodes is charged as follows:
- £15 for orders under £50
- £10 for orders of £50-£149
- FREE for orders of £150+ or 12+ bottles.
Most orders are delivered in 1-3 working days direct from our bonded warehouse (LCB) on their own transport.
Orders for southern Scotland are sent by courier (APC) and take longer. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery to these postcode areas:
DD1-DD7, DG, G, FK1-FK6, EH, KA1-KA26, KA29-KA30, KY, ML, PA1-PA19, PA21-PA40, PH1-PH2, PH14, TD
Postcodes in APC's remote and offshore zones are excluded from our standard UK delivery terms. Delivery to these areas is FREE for orders over £500, otherwise it is charged as follows:
- Northern Scotland - £29
- Northern Ireland & Offshore - £39
Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery to these areas.

We do not deliver direct to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly or to any country other than the UK.
Instead, we recommend you contact a specialist wine logistics company such as Davies Turner for a quote. We deliver to them under bond and they arrange onward shipping to you.
Much of our wine is stored under bond at LCB's Global Warehouse (Burton-Upon-Trent). We offer under bond transfers at cost. Please contact us for availability and a quote.
Returns
If you change your mind, no problem. We accept returns up to 28 days from delivery.
You can cancel your order or return any unwanted wine up to 28 days from delivery. Please contact us and we will be happy to help.
- If you suspect a wine is corked or otherwise faulty, reseal it and contact us within 24 hours. We may need to collect the bottle. Once we confirm a fault, we will issue you with a credit, refund or replacement, subject to availability. The wine must have been purchased from us within the previous six months and been properly stored.
- The point at which a wine becomes 'too old' is subject to a large degree of personal taste. We regret that we cannot issue credits, refunds or replacements for older bottles (10 years or more). These are sold as seen.
