Domaine le Roc is situated between the Garonne and the Tarn at the heart of the Fronton region. This pét-nat is 100% Negrette, fermented with wild yeasts. It is an immediately appetising, bubbly, fresh wine with a pale red colour, lovely strawberry fruit and modest alcohol. A party wine if ever there was one.
