Domaine de La Pépière are a small, quality-focused producer making Muscadet of serious class from organically farmed vineyards. 'Briords' comes from three hectares of old vines in one of Muscadet's best sites. It is stony-dry, with a subtle upfront green apple quality and a long, complex finish. A great wine from a seriously underrated appellation. If this was Chablis, it would be double the price.
