Comando G seek out remote, forgotten Garnacha vineyards high in the Gredos mountains. When you're pioneers, there are no rules to stick to, so they're making their own, complete with a classification system from 'village' to 'Premier Cru' to 'Grand Cru'. The 'Premier Cru' Rozas offers most of the quality and flavour of the top wines at half the price.
