The Coser family of Vigna del Lauro make a series of single variety wines from various Italain varieites in and around Collio. They are all textbook examples, from 10 hectares sustainably farmed, with the juice fermented simply in tank. This Ribolla is a lovely, subtle, dry example of the variety, and excellent value.
